• Manage incoming product requests, bugs, and feature updates by clarifying priorities and coordinating with appropriate teams
• Track project progress, gather estimates, and ensure project management documentation is up to date
• Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and communicate proactively with stakeholders and technical teams
• Assist in scheduling releases, coordinating pre- and post-deployment tasks with Product and QA teams
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and help develop mitigation strategies

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience as a project coordinator, Associate Project Manager, or in a project management internship
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with clarity and confidence across all levels of the business
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and reprioritize as needed
• High emotional intelligence and experience collaborating with remote teams

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Coda, Monday.com, or Asana
• Knowledge of project management frameworks including Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid
