What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage incoming product requests, bugs, and feature updates by clarifying priorities and coordinating with appropriate teams
- Track project progress, gather estimates, and ensure project management documentation is up to date
- Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and communicate proactively with stakeholders and technical teams
- Assist in scheduling releases, coordinating pre- and post-deployment tasks with Product and QA teams
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and help develop mitigation strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience as a project coordinator, Associate Project Manager, or in a project management internship
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with clarity and confidence across all levels of the business
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and reprioritize as needed
- High emotional intelligence and experience collaborating with remote teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Coda, Monday.com, or Asana
- Knowledge of project management frameworks including Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid
