What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead and coordinate low voltage projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and high-quality standards
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams
• Develop and manage detailed project plans and schedules using ERP and project management tools
• Monitor project budgets and profitability metrics, identifying and resolving cost inefficiencies
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures and promote professionalism among installation staff

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (minimum of 5 years)
• 5+ years of experience in relevant technology project management (AV, security, etc.)
• Proven experience leading complex projects across multiple teams and geographies
• Strong understanding of project budgeting, cost control, and profitability metrics
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• PMP or equivalent certification
• ITIL 4 Certification
• Experience with enterprise collaboration platforms (Teams, Zoom, Webex)
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, including mentoring and performance management
