What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Oversee all fundraising operations, managing and supervising department staff
  • Coordinate fundraising efforts and collaboration across all locations
  • Establish and monitor annual fundraising objectives and long‑term goals for the organization
  • Maintain a list of potential financial donors and produce informative fundraising literature
  • Plan and execute fundraising events that effectively communicate the organization’s mission
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience
  • 5–10 years of experience in annual campaigns, major gifts, donor relationships, grant writing, and philanthropy operations
  • 5 years of experience using CRM systems, with a preference for those who have implemented a new CRM
  • Extensive knowledge of fundraising strategies and principles
  • Excellent management, supervisory, written, and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in a nonprofit organization focused on philanthropy and fundraising
  • Knowledge of tax planning principles that favor charitable giving
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
