LatamCent is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Specialist to identify and engage top-tier talent in Latin America. The role involves collaborating with recruiters, creating candidate pipelines, and utilizing advanced sourcing techniques. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of experience and strong communication skills, particularly in English.

In this role, youll partner with recruiters and hiring managers to identify, map, and source exceptional candidates for hard-to-fill roles across Go-To-Market, Finance, and Engineering functions.

$900.00 to $1,000/month USD (depending on experience and performance)
