InComm Payments is seeking a NOC Technician in Brazil to maintain operational excellence in their network. The ideal candidate should possess a basic understanding of networking concepts and be willing to grow within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include monitoring network alerts and managing ticketing systems while providing support for team operations.

Join our lean and dynamic NOC team as a NOC Technician, where you will play a key role in maintaining the operational excellence of our network. This position is ideal for someone with a basic understanding of networking concepts and a strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, 24/7/365 environment. As part of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring alerts, managing emails and tickets, and escalating issues to ensure continuous network performance.
Given the lean nature of our NOC, flexibility is crucial. While your primary schedule will be 9 AM to 6 PM US Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, you must be open to shift changes and occasional late-night deployments to support live monitoring of our network resources during those deployments.
