- Build and maintain backend services for our SaaS BPM platform
- Design secure, scalable REST APIs
- Work with MySQL, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis / Valkey
- Optimize services on AWS (Aurora, ECS, Lambda, CloudFront)
- Implement observability (OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Tempo)
- Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams
- 5+ years backend experience
- Strong skills in .NET Core (C#) and / or Node.js (TypeScript)
- Cloud-native development on AWS
- Docker & containerization knowledge
- Security-first mindset
- Fluent in English
- SaaS multi-tenant experience
- BPMN knowledge
- React / Next.js exposure
- 100% remote + full-time U.S. / Brazil Eastern Time (GMT-5 / GMT-3)
