Job summary
A leading medical technology company is seeking an FP&A Associate Manager in São Paulo, Brazil, to support finance processes across Latin America. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree, has FP&A experience, excellent communication skills, and is proficient in advanced Excel and PowerBI. FP&A associate manager supporting Stryker divisions in Latin America.
Support to regional CFO, VP / GM and staff on recurrent performance tracking and planning sessions (Strat Plan, Budget, Projections).
Focal point to Emerging Markets Finance VP and Enterprise FP&A on recurrent results / estimates submissions.
- 1) Finance support to LATAM regional leaders on recurrent performance monitoring
- Coordinate weekly sales reviews to capture latest estimates and risks / opportunities together with LATAM country General Managers.
- Coordinate monthly P&L and Cash Flow reviews together with LATAM Finance community.
- Drive visibility on pricing performance by portfolio and other profitability metrics.
- Responsible for data accuracy of core business reports and estimates.
- 2) Focal point to International Finance VP and Enterprise FP&A on recurrent results / estimates submissions
- Responsible for weekly / monthly financial results submissions to Corporate and International HQs.
- Prompt support on ad hoc requests and business presentations to Stryker Senior Leadership.
- 3) Owner of all standard FP&A processes and tools across Latin America
- Prepare all standard finance models to be used in quarterly projection cycles, full year budgeting and 5-years planning sessions.
- Drive process standardization / automation across the region to ensure accuracy and consistency of FP&A outcomes.
- Lead initiatives together with FP&A community to automate finance analysis and maximize usage of existing IT systems.
- Bachelor's degree.
- FP&A previous experience and / or acting as a Finance Business Partner to Commercial and / or Operations organizations.
- Proven experience leading multi-functional initiatives and driving change with direct impact to the business operations.
- Advanced Excel financial modelling skills
- Familiar with data visualization / transformation tools (E.g.PowerBI)
- Language skills : Fluent in English (Portuguese / Spanish as a plus).
