Finance Manager - iGaming

Salary: 20,000 BRL - 25,000 BRL

Location : Rio de Janeiro or São Paulo

Clear Edge are working with a leading iGaming business to help source a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Controller to join theie leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of a rapidly growing international business.

This is a hands‑on, high‑impact position with significant growth potential, including the opportunity to evolve into a CFO role. The Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing financial structure, reporting, compliance, investor relations, and day‑to‑day financial management across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Oversight of all company activities
• Manage P&L by business unit
• Plan and track budget vs. actuals
• Drive cost control and margin optimization
• Maintain updated and actionable business forecasts
• Legal & Contractual Coordination
• Collaborate with lawyers and advisors
• Review and track contracts, agreements, and partnerships
• Oversee documentation with vendors and partners
• Compliance & Reporting across jurisdictions
• Coordination with agents and external service providers
• Bookkeeping Oversight ensuring accuracy and audit readiness
• Revenue & Cash Flow Tracking
• Payment Operations & Banking including account openings, transfers, and banking relationships
• Automation & Tooling : leverage AI and international resources for scalability
• Investor & Business Owner Communication
• Maintain an organized and up‑to‑date dataroom

Requirements & Advantages

• 5+ years’ experience as a Financial Controller
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish is an advantage)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage processes hands‑on
• Comfortable with new technologies, automation tools, and AI (early adopter mindset is a plus)
• Experience in gambling, gaming, or B2C industries is an advantage
