Responsibilities

1. Coordinate and drive the monthly regional financial review meetings with FP&A Leadership. Coordinate the preparation and provide commentary/input into the monthly Board presentation. Support and analyze annual plan and monthly forecast process and ensure understanding and alignment across the global finance teams and business units.
2. Prepare analytical reports, including month end management report, to drive business decisions. Drive process standardization initiatives, and assist with streamlining financial reporting processes.
3. Provide analysis on incentive compensation plans, including monthly/quarterly/annual accruals.
4. Support and participate in ad-hoc analysis on business performance.
5. Assist in developing and reviewing presentations for business leaders, including the CEO and CFO.
