ZIM Integrated Shipping Services Ltd. is seeking a Sales Support to assist the sales team in business development and operations, handling customer inquiries via email and WeChat. You will work with the sales team to reach sales budgets and contribute to indoor sales activities.

You will also prepare commercial reports, coordinate with multiple departments, and strive to deliver excellent customer service. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and good English are required, with the ability to work

Qualificações

• Must have good Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skills.
• Good level of English in speaking and writing; strong communication with customers.
• Willing to work under pressure; proactive and aggressive.
• Related working experience as sales support in carriers or forwarders preferred.

Requirements

• 1. College diploma or above. Related working experience as sales support in carriers or forwarders is preferrable.
• 2.CET-4 or CET-6.Good English level in spoken and writing. Good communication skill with customers.
• 3.Must have very good Microsoft Excel&PPT skills.
• 4.Willing to work under pressure.
• 5.Proactive and aggressive.
