Masterpro is seeking a remote bilingual Customer Service Agent to manage inbound and outbound calls and emails in two languages, assisting customers with delivery, installation, scheduling, and general order support.

The role operates on a night shift with a 44-hour workweek under a PJ arrangement, and includes training and growth opportunities within the company. Prior customer service experience and strong multitasking abilities are required.

• Fluent verbal and written communication in two languages.
• Basic computer skills (email, scheduling systems, CRM preferred).

We are looking for a remote Bilingual Customer Service Agent to handle inbound and outbound phone call and email communications in both languages. This role focuses on assisting customers with questions related to delivery, installation, scheduling, and general order support, as well as proactively reaching out to customers when needed.
