Masterpro is seeking a remote bilingual Customer Service Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls and emails in two languages, with duties spanning delivery questions, installation timelines, scheduling, and order support.

Night shift, 44 hours per week, PJ arrangement. Training and growth opportunities within Masterpro are offered; candidates should be organized, dependable, and able to stay calm in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in customer service or call center support.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in two languages.
• Comfort with inbound/outbound calls and emails throughout the day.
• Organized, detail-oriented and reliable.
• Basic computer skills including email, scheduling systems, and CRM preferred.

We are looking for a remote Bilingual Customer Service Agent to handle inbound and outbound phone call and email communications in both languages. This role focuses on assisting customers with questions related to delivery, installation, scheduling, and general order support, as well as proactively reaching out to customers when needed.
