Masterpro is seeking a remote bilingual Customer Service Agent to handle inbound/outbound calls and emails in two languages, covering delivery, installation, scheduling, and general order support. The role requires proactive customer communication and accurate record keeping.

Candidates with prior call center experience, strong language skills, and basic CRM proficiency will excel. This is a night-shift position under a PJ arrangement, with opportunities for growth and training.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in customer service or call center.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in two languages.
• Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls and emails.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in fast-paced environments.
• Basic computer skills (email, scheduling, CRM preferred).

We are looking for a remote Bilingual Customer Service Agent to handle inbound and outbound phone call and email communications in both languages.
