Masterpro is seeking a remote bilingual Customer Service Agent to support customers in two languages from Brazil, with a Monday–Saturday schedule and a 44-hour work week in a night shift. The role focuses on inbound/outbound calls and emails for delivery, installation, scheduling, and general order support, plus proactive outreach and collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in customer service or call center
• Fluent verbal and written communication in two languages
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls and emails throughout the day
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Basic computer skills; CRM preferred

We are looking for a remote Bilingual Customer Service Agent to handle inbound and outbound phone call and email communications in both languages. This role focuses on assisting customers with questions related to delivery, installation, scheduling, and general order support, as well as proactively reaching out to customers when needed.
