Masterpro is seeking a remote bilingual customer service agent to handle inbound and outbound calls and emails in two languages, assisting customers with delivery, installation, scheduling, and order support. The role also involves proactively reaching out to customers when needed.

The position operates on night shifts with a 44-hour workweek. Training and ongoing support are provided, with growth opportunities within the company. This role is fully remote from Brazil.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in customer service or call center support.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in two languages.
• Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls and emails.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in fast-paced situations.
• Basic computer skills (email, scheduling systems, CRM preferred).
