Job summary

W.H. Brennan & Co Pte Ltd, part of Survitec, is seeking a Transport Operations Planner to plan routes, manage drivers, and oversee fleet operations in Singapore.

You will coordinate vehicle rosters, ensure safety compliance, and support the deployment of GPS/TMS tracking software. The role requires a diploma with at least 2 years in fleet/transport logistics, a valid Singapore Class 3 license, and proficiency in MS Office and fleet/TMS systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma qualification with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in fleet management, dispatch operations, or transport logistics.
• Proficiency in MS Office and computerized fleet/TMS tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily routes and rosters for technician transfers and product deliveries, handling last-minute schedule changes.
• Oversee in-house drivers, monitor shift adherence, and ensure road safety compliance.
• Manage 5 to 7 vehicles, servicing schedules, inspections, COE/insurance, PSA passes, fuel cards, ERP, and summonses/incidents.
• Support the launch and rollout of our new GPS/TMS fleet tracking software.
• Provide hands-on driving support for urgent product runs and technician transfers during peaks or driver shortages.

Key responsibilities

for the Transport Operations Planner include but are not limited to:

• Plan daily routes and rosters for technician transfers and product deliveries and handle last-minute schedule changes.
• Oversee in-house drivers, monitor shift adherence, and ensure road safety compliance.
• Manage 5 to 7 vehicles, servicing schedules, inspections, COE/insurance, PSA passes, fuel cards, ERP, and summonses/incidents.
• Support the launch and operational roll out of our new GPS/TMS fleet tracking software
• Provide hands-on driving support for urgent product runs and technician transfers during peaks or driver shortages.

About You :

• Minimum Diploma qualification with at least 2 years of hands‑on experience in fleet management, dispatch operations, or transport logistics.
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record (Class 4 is an added advantage).
• Familiarity with Singapore roads, routes, and expressways
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and computerized fleet/TMS tracking systems.

Strong operational coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills; able to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
