Job summary

Global Feeder Shipping PTE. LTD. in Brazil is seeking a Pricing and Trade Support professional to coordinate daily pricing, DF administration, BSA allotment, and related commercial processes to support trade performance and revenue growth.

You will maintain accurate records of rates and contracts, monitor CRR/SRR filings, and prepare regular reports on pricing, space utilisation, and project improvements while coordinating with Sales, LMD, Finance, and local offices.

• Knowledge of shipping industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pricing Management: prepare quotations per guidelines and respond to pricing inquiries.
• BSA Planning & Capacity Management: adjust before each cycle and coordinate with LMD and local offices.
• Deadfreight (DF) Administration: manage DF contracts, updates, billing, filing, and invoice tracking.
• System & Record Management: maintain accurate rates, contracts, allocations, and amendments.
• Trade Monitoring & Compliance: monitor CRR/SRR filings, pre-loading payments, and bookings; ensure SOP compliance.
• Reporting & Analysis: prepare reports on pricing, DF performance, space utilisation, and commercial activities.
• Stakeholder Coordination: work with Sales, LMD, Finance, and local offices for smooth execution.
• Projects & Process Improvement: support ad-hoc commercial projects and improvements.

Job description

The Role:

To execute and coordinate daily pricing activities, deadfreight administration, BSA allotment, and commercial processes to support trade performance, optimise utilisation, and drive revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Pricing Management

• Prepare quotations in accordance with approved pricing guidelines.


• Support daily pricing enquiries from Sales.

2. BSA Planning & Capacity Management

• Provide BSA adjustment before commencement of each cycle.


• Coordinate with LMD and local offices to optimise utilisation.

3. Deadfreight (DF) Administration

• Administer Deadfreight (DF) contracts, BAF updates, billing, filing, and invoice tracking.

4. System & Record Management

• Maintain accurate system records, including rates, contracts, allocations, and amendments.

5. Trade Monitoring & Compliance

• Monitor CRR/SRR filings, pre-loading payments, and booking status.


• Ensure compliance with Trade SOPs and internal pricing policies.

6. Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare regular reports on pricing, DF performance, space utilisation, and commercial activities.

7. Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with Sales, LMD, Finance, and local offices to ensure smooth execution of commercial processes.

8. Projects & Process Improvement

• Support ad-hoc commercial projects and process improvements.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, or a relatedfield in shipping profession is an added- advantage.


• Minimum 3 years of working experience in shipping orrelated industry.


• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to maintain relationships with clients and partners.


• Candidate should be equipped with adequate numeracy skills.


• Candidate must be meticulous with details, multi-tasking, possess a positive learning attitude, and be able to cope with the fast-paced working environment.


• Proficient in MS Word & Excel.


• Advantageous to have knowledge and skillset on AI tools to assist daily job.
