Jobtailor is seeking a qualified professional to conduct technical demonstrations of public management systems, focusing on features, differentiators and practical applications with a commercial slant.

The role involves analyzing tender documents, assessing compliance feasibility, and performing compliance analyses in public procurement processes, collaborating with Commercial and Bids & Contracts teams to provide technical support.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree completed or related field.
• Experience in public administration domains preferred.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of technology and digital transformation.
• Willingness to travel.
• Emotional intelligence for proofs of concept under pressure.
• Experience with software demonstrations or technical presentations is a plus.
• Driving license category B is a plus.
• Experience with public management systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical demonstrations of the systems, presenting features, differentiators, and practical applications with a commercial focus.
• Perform technical analyses of tender documents in public procurement processes, assessing feasibility of compliance.
• Carry out compliance analyses in public procurement processes.
• Work in partnership with the Commercial and Bids & Contracts teams, providing specialized technical support on public management systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or degree in a field related to the business domain of operation.
• Practical experience in at least one area of public administration (e.g., Human Resources, Accounting, Tax, Fiscal, Health, Education, Procurement, Asset Management, among others).
• Strong communication skills and ease with in-person or videoconference presentations, with a clear instructional/presentation style.
• Knowledge of technology and digital transformation.
• Willingness to travel.
• Emotional intelligence to work on proofs of concept under pressure.
• Experience with software demonstrations or technical presentations is a plus.
• A valid driving license (Category B) is a plus.
• Experience with public management systems is a plus.
