Jobtailor is seeking a System Implementation Lead in Curitiba to drive end-to-end module deployments for client companies and branches. You will map processes, align solutions, and ensure adoption across territories.

Responsibilities include training, documentation, and acting as the main liaison with product and tech teams while tracking post-implementation success and opportunities for improvement.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, Accounting, Information Technology or related fields.
• Experience with system implementations or B2B customer support.
• Experience with system implementations involving integrations (APIs).

• Document processes, workflows and lessons learned to help structure the area.
• Identify improvement opportunities and provide feedback to the product PO.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, Accounting, Information Technology or related fields.
• Experience with system implementations or B2B customer support.
• Basic knowledge of transportation and logistics processes.
• Clear, concise communication and the ability to run meetings autonomously.
• Experience with TMS or ERP systems.
• Knowledge of transportation-related taxes.
• Experience with system implementations involving integrations (APIs).
• Experience in fiscal technology companies or transport carriers.
• Experience in project management.
