Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil, seeks an experienced leader to oversee the Corporate Systems portfolio, ensuring stability, performance and continuous improvement of the solutions across SAP S/4HANA, TAX One, DFE SaaS, Inventti and other corporate applications.

You will act as the technical and managerial owner of these systems, drive architecture decisions, lead N3 support and manage vendor contracts to support digital transformation and high-availability operations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
• Proven experience managing Corporate Systems in medium or large companies.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its ecosystem.
• Experience in enterprise solution architecture and application integrations.
• Experience leading N3 support teams.
• Experience managing vendors, contracts and strategic partners.
• Knowledge of Finance, Tax, Procurement, Legal, HR and Supply Chain business processes.
• Experience leading corporate projects and digital transformation programs.
• Experience in high-availability, mission-critical environments.
• Nice-to-have: experience with Thomson Reuters solutions and ERP migrations; AI/virtual agents experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the management of the Corporate Systems portfolio, ensuring stability, performance and continuous improvement.
• Serve as technical and managerial owner of corporate applications including SAP S/4HANA and 29 systems total.
• Define and direct functional and technical architecture of corporate solutions.
• Lead N3 support team, ensuring SLA compliance and incident resolution.
• Manage vendors, consulting firms and contracts.

• Lead the management of the Corporate Systems portfolio, ensuring stability, performance and continuous improvement of the solutions.
• Serve as the technical and managerial owner of the company's corporate applications, including SAP S/4HANA, TAX One, DFE SaaS, Inventti, DFE Governance, Coupa, NetLex, eLaw, TOTVS RM, TOTVS Quírons, Virtual Agents and AI-based solutions, and other corporate applications—approximately 29 systems in total.
• Define and direct the functional and technical architecture of corporate solutions, ensuring alignment with technology standards and business needs.
• Lead the team responsible for N3 support, ensuring SLA compliance, resolution of critical incidents and ongoing reduction of recurring issues.
• Manage vendors, consulting firms and support and project contracts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience managing Corporate Systems in medium or large companies.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its ecosystem.
• Experience in enterprise solution architecture and application integrations.
• Experience leading N3 support teams.
• Experience managing vendors, contracts and strategic partners.
• Knowledge of business processes related to Finance, Tax, Procurement, Legal, HR and Supply Chain.
• Experience leading corporate projects and digital transformation programs.
• Experience in high-availability, mission-critical environments.
• Preferred / Nice-to-have: Experience with Thomson Reuters solutions (TAX One, DFE SaaS and DFE Governance); knowledge of Coupa, NetLex, eLaw, TOTVS RM, TOTVS Quírons and Inventti; experience applying Artificial Intelligence to corporate processes and virtual agents; experience with M&A projects, corporate integrations or ERP environment migrations; knowledge of integration architecture, APIs, middleware and integration platforms.
