Jobtailor in Florianópolis is seeking a proactive professional to conduct technical demonstrations of our HR system for public administration, highlighting features and practical operation with a commercial focus.

You will analyze tender documents, ensure compliance, and collaborate with Commercial and Bids & Contracts teams to deliver technical support for public sector implementations, with travel as needed.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR/People Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related fields.
• Experience in customer service, technical support, or implementation at technology companies.
• Public speaking and presenting skills (in person or virtual) with teaching ability.
• Knowledge of technology and digital transformation processes.
• Willingness to travel.
• Experience with HR-focused software.
• Experience with ERP/GRP systems as user/implementer/sales/support.
• Experience teaching computer/IT skills.
• Experience demonstrating software.
• Valid driving license (Category B).
• Experience with the public sector.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical demonstrations of the human resources system for public administration, showing features, differentiators, and practical operation with a commercial focus.
• Perform technical analysis of tender documents (editais) as part of procurement processes to assess feasibility.
• Perform compliance analysis as part of procurement processes.
• Work closely with the Commercial and Bids & Contracts teams to provide technical support for public management systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Human Resources/People Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related fields.
• Experience in customer service, technical support, or implementation at technology companies.
• Confidence and skill in public speaking and presenting in person or virtually (videoconference), with strong presentation and teaching skills.
• Knowledge of technology and digital transformation processes.
• Availability to travel.
• Experience with ERP or GRP systems, either as a user (in municipal public organizations), as an implementer, salesperson, or support provider.
• Experience teaching computer/IT skills.
• Experience demonstrating software.
• Experience with HR-focused software.
• Valid driving license (Category B).
• Experience and knowledge of the public sector.
