Jobtailor in São Paulo seeks an IT Systems Support specialist to analyze and address tickets, perform preventive and corrective maintenance on applications, and manage technical documentation.

The role also focuses on security with LGPD compliance, monitoring system integrations, and developing multidimensional reports while eliciting and evaluating business and technical requirements.

Qualificações

• Advanced/Fluent English for speaking, reading, and writing.
• Solid experience in systems support and maintenance.
• Familiarity with ecosystems such as TOTVS Protheus, Salesforce, and Synchro.
• Experience with SQL.
• Knowledge of communication protocols and architectures (Web Services).
• Authentication using API keys and OAuth 2.0 and A1/A3 digital certificates.
• Ability to analyze and classify requirements, model processes (BPMN), and document.

Responsibilities

• User Support and Service: Analyze and address tickets (incidents, requests, and changes)
• Maintenance and Sustaining: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT applications
• Knowledge Management: Create, manage, and update technical documentation
• Security and Compliance: Work in partnership with Compliance and LGPD (data protection) teams
• Systems Integrations: Monitor, create, test, and troubleshoot integrations between systems in the IT environment
• Data and Reporting: Develop, support, and analyze multidimensional reports
• Requirements Engineering: Elicit, analyze, specify, and evaluate business and technical requirements

Requirements

• Advanced/Fluent English (mandatory for speaking, reading, and writing)
• Solid experience in systems support and maintenance
• Familiarity with ecosystems such as TOTVS Protheus, Salesforce, and Synchro
• Experience with SQL
• Knowledge of communication protocols and architectures (Web Services)

• Ability to analyze and classify requirements, process modeling and mapping (BPMN), and documentation
