Responsibilities

• Conduct technical investigations related to quality;
• Evaluate component and system failures, identifying root causes and opportunities for improvement;
• Perform technical analyses in the field and in controlled environments;
• Interview customers and collect information to fully understand occurrences;
• Prepare technical reports and executive presentations;
• Develop and monitor quality and performance indicators;
• Work with databases and analytical tools to support investigations;
• Participate in alignment meetings and provide reports to internal teams and leadership;
• Manage multiple projects and activities simultaneously, ensuring organization and quality of deliverables;
• Support initiatives focused on continuous improvement of products and processes.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor;
• Ability to engage with diverse audiences, including managerial and executive levels;
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or related fields;
• Technical knowledge for failure analysis and investigation;
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation of technical information;
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools;
• Experience with databases and analytics tools such as Power BI;
• Intermediate English, with the ability to explain technical situations and participate in meetings and reports;
• Experience in the automotive, motorcycle, auto parts, heavy machinery, or related sectors;
• Experience with technical publications and engineering documentation;
• Valid driver's license (category B) and availability to travel by car;
• Willingness to travel.
