Jobtailor in Brazil is seeking a systems analyst to gather requirements, analyze processes with business areas, and propose improvements to existing systems. You will serve as the technical focal point between internal departments and vendors, ensuring delivery quality through functional tests and user acceptance testing.

You will manage the backlog, identify root causes, extract and analyze data with SQL to support decisions, prepare technical docs, and train users on new tools or system

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis, IT, or related field (in progress or completed).
• Practical experience in systems analysis and gathering requirements.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying databases.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and user support.
• Ability to prioritize in a dynamic support environment.
• Experience in real estate or condominium management is a plus.
• Experience with ERP or financial systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of system integration routines and APIs is a plus.

• Prior experience in the real estate market or condominium administration is a plus.
