Jobtailor in Curitiba, Brazil, is seeking a technically skilled service operations professional to support field technicians and manage hardware requests. You will analyze parts, validate component equivalences, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely information flow and accurate routing of requests.

SAP and Power BI experience are a plus, as is advanced Excel proficiency. This role emphasizes inventory analysis, process improvements, and opportunities for automation to meet service

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of computer hardware.
• Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and data manipulation).
• Previous experience in technical support, service operations, or related areas.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
• Experience with Power BI is a plus.
