Jobtailor in São Bernardo do Campo seeks a Technical Project Manager to coordinate requirements, interface with IT/Engineering across Brazil and Germany, and validate remote updates for automotive systems.

You will manage projects using both agile and waterfall methods, ensure LGPD compliance, and develop Power BI dashboards while training dealers and internal teams. This role involves cross-border collaboration and end-to-end project delivery.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology or related fields.

• Experience with Fleetboard telematics tool.
• Knowledge of LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law).

Responsabilidades

• Elicit and specify complex system requirements for electronic modules, configuration parameters, telecom bandwidth, backend infrastructure, and HMI.
• Act as technical focal point with IT and Engineering in Brazil and Germany.
• Coordinate and execute integration tests on domestic vehicles for remote updates with international developers.
• Define legal operating conditions and update customer contracts with Legal, ensuring LGPD compliance.
• Lead project phases using agile and waterfall methodologies, meeting deadlines.
• Build and monitor business cases and models tied to new solutions.
• Organize technical trainings for dealers and internal support teams; define roles in service operation.
• Develop Power BI dashboards to track KPIs and report status to senior management.
• Support other activities within the digital solutions area.

Responsibilities

• Technical Requirements Management: Elicit and specify complex system requirements covering electronic modules, configuration parameters, telecommunications bandwidth, backend infrastructure and human-machine interfaces. Visit dealerships, customers and test fields/tracks as needed;
• Global Interface: Act as the technical focal point with IT and Engineering departments in Brazil and Germany, ensuring proper integration with global systems;
• End-to-End Technical Validation: Coordinate and execute integration tests on domestic vehicles to validate the applicability and quality of remote updates, working directly with international developers to prevent bugs;
• Contractual and Legal Management: Define, together with Legal, the legal operating conditions and update customer contracts, ensuring full compliance with the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law) and local regulations;
• Schedule Management: Lead all project phases using agile and waterfall methodologies, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines and operational readiness targets;
• Financial Viability Management: Build and monitor business cases and business models, tracking financial targets related to new solutions;
• Training and Technical Support: Ensure readiness of the dealer network and internal support teams by organizing technical trainings and defining roles and responsibilities for service operation;
• Performance Monitoring: Develop Power BI dashboards to track technical and project KPIs, reporting implementation status to senior management;
• Support other activities within the digital solutions area.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology (preferably Mechatronics or Electrical) and/or Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields;
• Intermediate English (able to actively participate in meetings with global teams) — an oral language assessment will be conducted;
• Experience in Project Management (waterfall, agile and other methodologies);
• Experience in automotive electronic/electrical systems;
• Ability to document system requirements for interfacing with IT teams (Brazil and Germany);
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills;
• Ability to create dashboards in Power BI;
• Experience with vehicle connectivity digital solutions — vehicle telematics;
• Experience with Fleetboard (Mercedes‑Benz telematics tool);
• Knowledge of LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law).
