Jobtailor is seeking a IT Support Analyst in Campinas to assist internal clients with system usage and business processes. You will manage requests via a ticketing system, document improvements, and help boost department efficiency.

You will develop new solutions and tools to evolve workflows, ensure smooth operation of company systems through regular maintenance, and formalize internal customizations for easier maintenance and incident response.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with TOTVS Fluig and Protheus.
• Knowledge of databases.
• Knowledge of LLMS.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to internal clients using a ticketing system to handle requests and improve documentation, service, and efficiency.
• Develop new solutions and/or implement new tools to evolve business processes and productivity.
• Ensure full operation of organizational systems by performing regular maintenance and updates to prevent interruptions.
• Formalize documentation of internal customizations to ease maintenance and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to internal clients experiencing difficulties with both system usage and business processes, using a ticketing system to receive requests for better documentation, service, and measurement of the department's efficiency.
• Develop new solutions and/or implement new tools to ensure the evolution of business processes, increasing efficiency and improving company productivity.
• Ensure the full operation of the organization's systems by performing regular maintenance and updates, preventing interruptions to business processes.
• Formalize documentation of internal customizations, taking into account the programs available in our project to facilitate routine maintenance and support in case of incidents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
