Jobtailor in João Pessoa, Brazil seeks a Business Analyst to gather requirements from business areas, map AS-IS/TO-BE processes, and act as a bridge between clients and development teams.

You will support dashboards and KPIs (Power BI), analyze data for insights, and ensure clear, traceable project information across deliveries. Hybrid work option available.

Qualificações

• Degree in IT or related fields.
• Proven experience in the role.
• Availability for hybrid work.
• Experience in Public Administration projects preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Elicit and document requirements with business areas.
• Map and propose process improvements (AS-IS / TO-BE).
• Act as a liaison between the client and the technical team.
• Support the development of dashboards and KPIs (e.g., Power BI).
• Analyze data to generate insights.
• Monitor deliveries and validate implemented solutions.
• Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Create user stories, use cases, and technical/functional documentation.
• Define acceptance criteria with relevant stakeholders.
• Support testing and validation processes for deliveries.
• Serve as a bridge between technical and business areas.
• Perform impact and dependency analysis across systems.
• Support development teams in understanding requirements.
• Ensure clarity, traceability, and organization of project information.
