Jobtailor in Maceió, Brazil, seeks an IT professional to optimize processes and support tech infra projects. You will analyze workflows, implement improvements, and handle resource planning with a focus on KPIs.

You will manage requests by priority, collaborate with external clients on data communications, and assist developers with new systems. You will maintain ERP/SIGAP and TOTVS Microsiga usage and ensure a stable IT environment.

Qualificações

• Proficiency in web development languages and database concepts.
• Experience with integrated business systems is a plus.
• Ability to work with multiple ERP modules and data interfaces.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze area process flows and implement improvements for resource optimization and KPI performance.
• Participate in design and execution of technology infrastructure projects.
• Handle incoming requests, assess priority and complexity per SLAs.
• Interact with external clients to align actions on data communication projects.
• Support developers in creating new systems and high-complexity apps; report issues via tickets.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the area's process flows and implement improvements to processes and procedures to ensure resource optimization and the performance of key indicators;
• Participate in the design and execution of technology infrastructure projects;
• Handle incoming requests, assessing priority, criticality and complexity according to agreed service levels;
• Interact with external clients to align actions on projects that involve data communication infrastructure resources;
• Support developers in programming new systems and high-complexity applications, reporting routine issues not covered by the system through the registration of support tickets and completion of a problems-and-solutions matrix;
• Maintain existing internal systems, programs and applications to ensure a stable IT environment and contribute to the company's business performance;
• Install, provide support for, and administer SQL databases and any other databases the company may adopt, working autonomously;
• Provide support to users of the ERP/SIGAP (Integrated Management System of Productive Activity) and any additional modules the company may acquire and integrate into SIGAP;
• Provide support to users of the ERP/TOTVS Microsiga system and assist specialized consultants to resolve technical and operational software issues;
• Provide support to users of the PPMA system, used for driver and helper incentive programs;
• Provide support to users of the SIAS system, used for landfill management;
