XPENG Brazil is seeking a senior leader to build and operate the end-to-end parts operations for the country. You will own demand forecasting, safety stock, backorder governance, and lead the national warehouse and stores performance including 3PL coordination.

You will drive localization for high-tax/high-volume parts, establish pricing policies, and ensure import/compliance readiness. The role requires strong analytical skills, ownership mindset, and fluency in Portuguese with working English;

Qualificações

• 5+ years in OEM/Importer after-sales parts operations with 0–1 setup exposure.
• Strong understanding of Brazil parts business environment.
• Strong analytical and execution skills; ownership mindset and customer-centric approach.
• Fluent Portuguese and working-level English; Chinese is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build and run XPENG Brazil’s end-to-end parts operating model across national warehouses and stores.
• Own parts planning and inventory management: demand forecasting, safety stock, backorder control.
• Manage national warehouse & logistics (incl. 3PL): performance, tracking and improvements.
• Drive Brazil localization program for high-tax/high-volume categories; sourcing, RFQ, contracting, SLA.
• Establish parts pricing and key parts policies.
• Coordinate import/compliance readiness and embed cargo security in contracts and SOPs.
• Ensure XPENG HQ parts systems operate correctly and integrate with local systems.
• Lead and develop the local parts team and drive execution discipline.

1. Build and run XPENG Brazil’s end-to-end parts operating model (0–1), including process, SOP, KPIs, and governance across national warehouse and stores.

2. Own parts planning and inventory management: demand forecasting, safety stock, long lead-time items, backorder control, and aging/slow-moving governance.

3. Manage national warehouse & logistics (incl. 3PL): inbound/outbound performance, tracking, exception handling, and continuous improvement.

4. Drive Brazil localization program for high-tax/high-volume categories: supplier sourcing, RFQ, contracting, and SLA management.

5. Establish parts pricingand key parts policies .

6. Coordinate import/compliance readiness for regulated parts and ensure cargo security/insurance requirements are embedded in contracts and SOPs.

7. Ensure correct operation of XPENG HQ parts systems and lead integration needs with local systems.

8. Lead and develop the local parts team and drive execution discipline.

Requirements

1. 5+ years’ experience in OEM/Importer after-sales parts operations, with proven 0–1 setup exposure .

2. Strong understanding of the Brazil parts business environment.

3. Strong analytical and execution skills; ownership mindset and customer-centric approach.

4. Fluent Portuguese and working-level English; Chinese is a plus.

5. Willing to travel domestically and internationally (e.g., China) as required.
