Qualificações

• Experience with planning, inventory, logistics, imports, billing, or S&OP.
• Fluent English proficiency for professional interaction and reading technical materials.
• Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead supply planning, balancing product availability, service levels, and inventory policies.
• Manage import processes and monitor applicable operational requirements.
• Coordinate the invoicing process and integration with the relevant departments.
• Oversee logistics operations conducted by third-party partners, monitoring performance, quality, and costs.
• Monitor transportation flows and customer deliveries, taking proactive measures to address risks and deviations.
• Negotiate operational and commercial terms with logistics service providers.
• Contribute to the S&OP process by identifying opportunities, risks, and operational constraints.
• Develop, track, and communicate supply chain performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency and cost optimization while maintaining quality, compliance, and service levels.
• Lead, develop, and engage the team, promoting collaboration, clarity of priorities, and continuous improvement.

About the Position
