OPPO Brazil in São Paulo is seeking a seasoned finance professional to localize cost accounting, inventory management and OEM settlements, building a standardized, scalable finance operation from the ground up. You will own monthly closings, ERP enhancements and cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain, Tax and Procurement to ensure accurate costing, stock valuation, and compliant SPED filings.

• 5+ years in cost accounting, inventory management, or operational finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Solid knowledge of Brazilian costing standards and SPED filings.
• Experience with complex reconciliations and OEM/vendor settlements.
• Hands-on ERP experience (Oracle preferred) + Advanced Excel.
• Fluent English is mandatory; Chinese language skills a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

Drive OPPO’s market expansion in Brazil by scaling our operational finance framework. In this role, you will own the localization and optimization of cost accounting, inventory management, and OEM settlement controls, building a standardized, fast-growing finance operation from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Cost & Inventory Management

• Support monthly financial closing (freight/duty allocation & weighted average costing).
• Manage ERP vs. physical inventory alignment, stock counts, and variance analysis.
• Monitor inventory aging, reserves, and cost fluctuations for proactive risk alerts.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, internal controls, and SPED filings.

OEM Settlement & Operational Finance

• Oversee timely and accurate OEM settlement processes and cost accruals.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Business teams, and OEM partners to resolve operational issues.
• Drive finance process automation and ERP enhancements (Cost/Inventory modules).

Business Support & Collaboration

• Provide actionable cost and inventory reporting to support management decisions.
• Collaborate with Tax, Accounting, Supply Chain, and Procurement for seamless operations.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in Cost Accounting, Inventory Management, or Operational Finance.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Hard Skills:
• Solid knowledge of Brazilian costing standards and mandatory SPED inventory filings.
• Experience with complex reconciliations and OEM/vendor settlements.
• Hands-on ERP experience (Oracle is highly preferred) + Advanced Excel.
• Languages: Fluent English is mandatory. Chinese language skills or experience in Chinese multinationals is a strong plus.
• Soft Skills: Problem-solving mindset, strong ownership, and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
