Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field, 3+ years in warehouse operations, fluency in Portuguese and English, and strong leadership and cost-control skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily warehouse operations in Brazil, including inbound, storage, picking, outbound and returns.
• Establish SOPs, optimize local system and control costs while improving efficiency.
• Implement refined inventory management with cycle counts and audits.
• Lead workforce scheduling, training and performance appraisals to build a stable local team.
• Enforce warehouse safety regulations and conduct regular inspections.
• Compile and analyze operation reports to identify issues and drive solutions.
• Serve as liaison between HQ and local teams to coordinate supply chain activities.

We are a leading global enterprise headquartered in China with a strategic presence across multiple continents. To support our expansion in the Brazilian market, we are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our overseas team. You will take full charge of the operations and management of our distribution center in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse center in Brazil, including inbound, storage, picking, outbound, and returns processing, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Establish and optimize a localized warehouse operation system, formulate standard operating procedures (SOPs), and improve operational efficiency while controlling costs.
• Implement refined inventory management, organize regular cycle counts and audits to ensure data consistency, and improve inventory turnover.
• Lead team building and management, including workforce scheduling, training, performance appraisals, and motivation, to build a stable and efficient local team.
• Enforce strict warehouse safety regulations (fire prevention, anti-theft, damage prevention), conduct regular safety inspections, and ensure the safety of goods and personnel.
• Compile and analyze warehouse operation reports to identify issues and drive solutions.
• Act as a key liaison between the headquarters and local business/logistics teams to ensure smooth supply chain coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operation and management. Experience in cross-border e-commerce, industrial products, or overseas warehouse management is a strong plus.
• Fluent in both Portuguese and English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) to communicate effectively with local teams and partners.
• Proficient in the full process of warehouse operations and inventory control; capable of independently establishing operational standards and optimizing processes.
• Proven experience in frontline team management; familiar with local Brazilian logistics regulations, safety standards, and basic employment laws.
• Strong stress resistance, sense of responsibility, and excellent cross-departmental communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to adapt to an overseas working environment and commit to a long-term expatriate assignment.
