TTUKoffer is seeking a senior Procurement Lead in Brazil to build and optimize local sourcing for our cross-border expansion. You will shape the local procurement strategy, develop supplier networks, and drive cost optimization and supply stability across core MRO and BOM categories.

You will lead a small local team, collaborate with international HQ and cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with Brazil trade rules.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of procurement experience.
• 5+ years of local procurement management experience in Brazil.
• Strong background in industrial products / MRO / BOM sourcing.
• Deep understanding of Brazil trade rules, tax system and compliance requirements.
• Proven negotiation and cost control capabilities.
• Mandatory: Fluent Chinese (spoken and written).
• Fluent English or Portuguese for business communication.
• Experience working with Chinese-funded enterprises is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and improve supplier management systems (evaluation, onboarding, performance, risk control).
• Analyze Brazil's industrial market trends, trade regulations and tax policies.
• Build and manage a local procurement team (if applicable).
• Collaborate closely with international headquarters and local cross-functional teams (operations, warehousing, finance, legal).
• Improve inventory turnover and overall supply chain efficiency.
