PRO-WERKZE (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Waterproofing Site Manager to lead on-site waterproofing projects, oversee progress, ensure quality workmanship, and enforce safety compliance across all works.

You will interpret drawings and methods, coordinate with main contractors, consultants and clients, monitor materials and schedules, and mentor the site team to deliver reliable, on-time results while upholding industry standards in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience in waterproofing construction in Singapore.
• Strong knowledge of waterproofing systems, materials, and BCA/industry standards.
• Familiarity with Singapore workplace safety regulations; possession of valid WSH-related certifications is an advantage
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to work independently, apply solution-oriented approaches, and manage multiple projects concurrently

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all waterproofing works on site, including below-ground, roof, façade, and remedial leak repairs, to ensure timely and quality completion
• Interpret drawings, specifications, and method statements to guide workers on correct waterproofing application procedures
• Monitor material usage, track work progress, and manage project schedules while coordinating effectively with main contractors, consultants, and clients
• Enforce workplace safety and health standards by conducting daily briefings and ensuring full site safety compliance
• Inspect completed waterproofing works for quality assurance, prepare detailed inspection reports, record progress, and manage handover documentation
• Lead and mentor the site team by allocating tasks efficiently and resolving site issues promptly to maintain smooth operations

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Waterproofing Site Manager to lead our on-site waterproofing projects, manage work progress, ensure quality workmanship, and oversee safety compliance.
