Job summary

STAFFKING PTE LTD is seeking a Project Manager to lead M&E engineering projects from design through completion. You will manage site coordination, review technical drawings, and ensure compliance with building regulations and project requirements.

The role involves cost and variation management, subcontractor oversight, and maintaining safety and quality across all activities, with a focus on timely delivery and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience in Waterwaste/piping/M&E Engineering/Exhaust or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Project Management – Manage M&E projects from design inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with project requirements.
• Site Coordination – Coordinate site activities, attend site meetings, and work closely with engineers, contractors, and site personnel.
• Technical Review – Review technical drawings, specifications, and building regulations to ensure compliance.
• Cost & Variation Management – Identify variation works, assess cost implications, and prepare accurate cost submissions.
• Subcontractor Management – Schedule, supervise, and monitor subcontractors to ensure work quality and timely completion.
• Safety & Quality Control – Manage manpower and resources while ensuring workplace safety, risk control, and quality assurance.
• Contract & Vendor Management – Handle M&E contract documentation and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors; perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
