Job summary

Eminent Contracts Pte. Ltd. seeks a site supervisor to manage construction activities on site, ensuring progress, quality, and regulatory compliance. You will coordinate with authorities, clients, consultants and subcontractors, addressing technical issues with the engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Close supervision, management and execution of construction works at site, including monitoring work progress and quality.
• Manage vendors, contractors and subcontractors for progression of work.
• Responsible for all site implementation and completion towards management targets, client expectations and regulatory compliance.
• Responsible for project quality and safety plans.
• Coordinate with authorities, clients, consultants and subcontractors on all project aspects.
• Work with Engineering team on technical issues from site and lead supervision and resolution onsite.
• Ensure proper documentation and records of site works are carried out.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
