You Will Be Responsible For

• Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow solutions in various modules.
• Develop and configure the platform using JavaScript, HTML, and best practices.
• Create customized workflows, Service Catalog items, and record producers.
• Configure business rules, UI policies, and scripts to enhance logic and user experience.
• Participate actively in Agile/SCRUM teams.

What We Are Looking For In You

• Fluent English to interact with stakeholders in the US.
• Practical experience in various ServiceNow modules.
• Solid knowledge of CMDB, App Engine Studio, and Service Portal.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Familiarity with Now Assist and Customer Service Delivery (CSD).

Certifications Are A Differential, Especially

• Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - ITSM, HRSD, or CSM
• Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
• Micro-certifications (Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, etc.)
