Role Overview:
You will administer, develop, support, and improve the ServiceNow platform within a large enterprise environment. Your focus will be on platform configuration, workflow automation, integrations, troubleshooting, and continuous enhancements across multiple ServiceNow modules. You will collaborate with IT teams, business stakeholders, and platform owners to develop solutions, streamline workflows, support integrations, and maintain platform stability. Hands-on experience in ServiceNow administration and development, including JavaScript, Flow Designer, CMDB, Discovery, and API integrations, is essential. You will also support ongoing projects, upgrades, and enterprise initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications, workflows, and platform functionality
- Build and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and other customizations
- Design and implement workflow automations using Flow Designer
- Support improvements across ITSM, ITOM, and other enterprise ServiceNow modules
- Identify opportunities for platform efficiency, automation, and user experience improvements
- Develop, troubleshoot, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications
- Configure REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and related technologies
- Support data synchronization and integration workflows across systems
- Troubleshoot errors, data issues, and performance problems in integrations
- Work with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions
- Recommend platform improvements and automation opportunities
- Support solution design, technical planning, and implementation
- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including configurations, access, and system settings
- Support platform stability, performance, security, upgrades, patches, and enhancements
- Maintain and improve CMDB data, Discovery processes, and related configurations
- Troubleshoot platform issues
- Maintain technical documentation, configurations, and support procedures
- Perform testing and validation of changes and integrations
- Troubleshoot escalated issues and provide technical support
- Assist with user acceptance testing, deployments, and release activities
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow administration, configuration, and development experience in an enterprise environment
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required
- Strong experience with JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and ServiceNow scripting
- Experience with Flow Designer, workflow automation, and platform enhancements
- Experience supporting ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules
- Hands‑on experience with CMDB, Discovery, and configuration management processes
- Experience building and maintaining REST/SOAP API integrations and working with IntegrationHub
- Familiarity with additional ServiceNow modules, including IT Asset Management, Human Resources Service Delivery, Service Portfolio Management, Security Operations, and Application Engine
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and problem‑solving skills
- Experience collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions
