Senior ServiceNow Developer (ITSM/HRSD + ITOM/CMDB)

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and customize the platform to meet organizational needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and services
• Create and maintain workflows, approval processes, and SLAs
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
• Perform system integration and testing
• Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues
• Maintain technical documentation and best practices
• Provide end-user support and training

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow development
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and architecture
• Proficiency in creating and managing workflows and custom scripts
• ServiceNow certification preferred
