The project:

Valtech is a global digital agency that empowers businesses through cutting-edge technology and innovation. We are currently seeking a skilled Senior Tech Recruiter to assist with defining requirements for eCommerce and ERP integration projects. This is a critical role requiring strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of system processes and dependencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions, primarily nearshore/offshore roles for USA and Canadian clients.
  • Handle all stages of the hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing offers.
  • Proactively identify and attract top IT professionals from global markets, especially nearshore regions (Latin America).
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of passive and active candidates for roles such as software engineers, DevOps specialists, cloud architects, data engineers, SAP consultants and more.
  • Partner closely with account managers and client representatives to understand technical requirements, cultural fit, and staffing goals.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on candidate profiles, hiring timelines, and market conditions.
  • Maintain and improve recruitment workflows to ensure efficiency, compliance, and an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Deliver a top-notch candidate experience by managing timely and professional communications throughout the hiring process.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • At least 4+ years of experience in technical recruitment, with a strong focus on nearshore/offshore staffing for international markets (USA/Canada).
  • Proven expertise in sourcing IT talent, including software development, cloud engineering, data science, and related roles.
  • Proficiency with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and Boolean search techniques.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, and multicultural environment.

About the role:

  • Working hours: 40 hours per week.
  • Primary location: Remote in Brazil.
  • Type of contract: CLT.
