Jobtailor in São Paulo seeks a Performance Engineer to analyze and optimize the performance of applications and infrastructure. You will use monitoring tools to diagnose issues and drive continuous improvements, collaborating with development, operations and security teams to ensure robust production and testing environments.

Responsibilities include planning stress and load tests, tuning systems, and implementing automation to scale with growth.

Qualificações

Proficient in Java 8+ and Spring Boot.
Experience with microservices architecture and containerized environments.
Strong knowledge of monitoring and observability tools.
Experience with OpenShift/Rancher, Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab) and DevSecOps practices is a plus.
Ability to analyze performance data and tune systems for reliability.

Responsabilidades

Participate in War Rooms to coordinate restoration and Postmortem actions.
Document changes and improvements.
Create performance reports and risk mitigation plans.
Improve application resilience to enhance user experience.
