- Analyze and diagnose performance issues in applications and infrastructure using monitoring tools
- Develop and implement resource optimization strategies and continuous performance improvement initiatives for applications and environments
- Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure system performance in production and testing environments
- Plan and monitor stress, load, and performance tests
- Recommend adjustments and improvements based on test results
- Monitor and maintain infrastructure, identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement
- Propose scalable solutions to support future growth and demand
- Participate in War Rooms, prioritizing system restoration and subsequently coordinating Postmortem actions
