Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned AWS DevOps/SRE in São Paulo to manage multi-account environments, resolve incidents, and uphold SLAs. You will define SLI/SLOs, build dashboards, and automate infra with Terraform and CI/CD tooling.

The role emphasizes Chaos engineering, FinOps, and cost-aware AWS optimizations while enabling migration and containerization of workloads using Docker, ECS, and EKS.

Qualificações

• Senior AWS administrator with Terraform IaC experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage multi-account AWS environments and incident resolution.

• Administration of multi-account AWS environments
• Incident resolution and escalation
• Meeting contractual SLAs
• Participation in on-call rotations, when necessary, war rooms, runbook documentation, and post-mortems
• Definition and implementation of client-specific SLIs, SLOs, and Error Budgets
• Creation of observability dashboards using CloudWatch, Grafana, and Prometheus
• Gradual introduction of chaos engineering
• Development of Terraform modules, workspaces, and remote state configurations

Requirements

• AWS Core: EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, Route 53, ELB/ALB, Auto Scaling, ECS
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform (modules, workspaces, remote state)
• Experience with Atlantis or Terragrunt is a plus
• Containers: Docker, ECS
• EKS/Kubernetes and GitOps with Flux/Argo CD are desirable
• CI/CD: GitHub Actions, CodePipeline, or equivalent
• Observability: CloudWatch, Grafana with Prometheus, or Datadog
• Linux: Administration, Bash scripting, and Python
• Networking: VPC design, Transit Gateway, VPN, Route 53 (failover and health checks), Security Groups, NACLs
• Security: IAM, SCPs
• FinOps: Cost Explorer and right-sizing; experience with Savings Plans is desirable
