Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil, seeks an experienced Tech Lead to own technical decisions and steer the squad across integrations and platform modernization.

You will drive DevOps pipelines, ensure code quality, manage deployments, and collaborate with architecture, security, and data teams in an automotive insurance domain.

Qualificações

Experience with Java 8+.
Experience with the Spring Framework, including Spring Boot, React, Spring Cloud, and Spring Batch.
Experience with Angular 7+.
Knowledge of CSS and TypeScript.
Knowledge of Jenkins and GitLab.
Knowledge and experience using Copilot.
Knowledge of Oracle and MongoDB databases is a plus.
Knowledge of test automation processes and tools, including JUnit, Jasmine, and Karma.
Knowledge of OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, and RabbitMQ is a plus.
Knowledge of Redis is a plus.
Experience with integrations using Swagger/YAML contract formats.
Experience developing microservices.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of DevSecOps practices.

Responsabilidades

Provide technical leadership within the squad, taking responsibility for technical decisions and definitions
Monitor execution in collaboration with the Dev Team
Negotiate with other teams regarding the handling of integrations and dependencies
Lead technical decisions with the System Team, comprising representatives from systems, architecture, operations, and information security
Ensure code quality and best practices in accordance with the standards established by the Program
Plan and support deployments and post-deployment monitoring
Define and ensure non-functional application requirements, including technical certification, Sonar, and automated testing
Oversee DevOps pipelines and application monitoring across testing, staging, and production environments
Define integrations with the relevant areas and data modeling in collaboration with Data Administrators
Contribute to the modernization and platformization of core automotive insurance systems
