Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil invites an experienced IT professional to join our operations team. The role focuses on incident analysis, AI-assisted development, and building scalable, automated solutions in a mission-critical environment.

You will own troubleshooting, implement workarounds, and drive automation across systems. Candidates should have a strong background in Java, Python, DevOps, databases, and modern web services.

Qualificações

• Experience in IT and telecommunications, preferably in mission-critical environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Java 21, Python, DevOps, Web services, WebLogic, RESTful, SOAP, Databases, SQL/PLSQL.
• PostgreSQL, Oracle, XML/JSON, Kafka, Redis, AQ, JMS, Drools, SVN, Git, Azure Repos.
• JavaScript, JSP, Angular, TypeScript, Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes.

Responsabilidades

• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) of incidents and problems
• Conduct Pareto analyses of the main contributors and monitor action plans
• Develop and implement technical workarounds
• Troubleshoot critical production issues, ensuring system stability and SLA compliance
• Provide production support on an on-call basis
• Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance, including development, builds, and merges
• Drive continuous process improvement using Agile methodologies
• Use AI to accelerate development, analysis, and problem resolution
• Identify automation opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency
• Develop scalable solutions using AI and automation tools
• Apply generative AI to documentation, testing, and development
• Propose continuous improvements in performance, efficiency, and scalability
• Use intelligent tools to optimize processes and reduce rework
• Research and adopt new AI technologies applicable to the business and operations
• Create automations and AI agents to support business and IT teams
