Jobtailor in Brazil (São Paulo) seeks an experienced DevOps/SRE specialist to design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure for scalable products. You will drive CI/CD pipelines, automation, observability, and security practices across AWS-based environments.

You will collaborate on product specifications, optimize performance and cost, and apply IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation) and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes) across high-scale systems.

Qualificações

• Strong experience with AWS and services (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch).
• Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Knowledge of containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Source control with Git; Linux systems knowledge.
• Networking concepts (VPC, subnets, security groups, DNS).
• AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer) preferred.
• Observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) preferred.
• SRE practices preferred; security tooling (DevSecOps) preferred.
• Experience with high-scale environments and cost optimization (FinOps) preferred.

Develop and maintain software, systems, and firmware for products
Apply appropriate technology while always seeking the best cost-effectiveness
Develop software according to specifications. Test legacy applications to evaluate functionality and ensure compliance with Gertec quality standards
Collaborate on product specifications to meet customer requirements
Analyze functional and non-functional requirements and project constraints
Provide support to internal and external customers to understand and meet their needs
Design and maintain cloud infrastructure using AWS (Infrastructure as Code)
Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines
Automate build, deployment, and monitoring processes
Drive continuous improvement of DevOps and SRE practices
Implement observability strategies (logs, metrics, and tracing)
Work closely with development teams to optimize applications
Ensure cloud security best practices (IAM, policies, compliance)
Participate in incident resolution and root cause analysis
Support technical decisions and promote best practices within the team

Requirements
