Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related discipline is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Experience in planning for building-related facilities and industrial projects.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 for scheduling and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, resource planning, and construction methods.
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Estimate activity durations and resource requirements for key construction works.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports.
• Prepare technical submissions for tender proposals.
• Coordinate site planning activities, work scheduling, and monitor project implementation progress.
• Develop and manage RI/TOP schedules and oversee the project handover process.
• Prepare Extension of Time (EOT) claims and supporting documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Proven experience in construction planning for building-related facilities and industrial building projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, including developing project schedules, coordinating with clients, and generating planning and progress reports.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, resource planning, progress tracking, and construction methodologies.
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
