TBR-wise, experience preferred:Tire company or / and tire agencies;

  • Participate in formulating sales plans according to the company's overall business objectives.
  • Participate in formulating and adjusting sales plans (strategies) based on the sales plans, and be responsible for the implementation of specific sales plans.
  • Control the sales rhythm and progress.
  • Make strategic adjustments and decisions on sales work according to the company's phased requirements or market feedback.
  • Be responsible for communicating the relationship between superiors and subordinates, as well as between this department and relevant internal and external departments of the company, remove departmental work obstacles, tap resources for the department's work, improve efficiency, and ensure sales progress.
