BairesDev is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead staffing for openings and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fully remote setting. You will gather profile details, identify candidates, and present them to clients while continually improving recruiting processes.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in staffing or project management, advanced English, and a track record in full-cycle recruitment. The role offers flexible hours, global collaboration, and strong compensation.

Qualificações

• Proven analytical ability, extreme attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively, as well as multitasking skills.
• Degree in Business, Systems, HR or in a related field.
• 3+ years experience in Staffing or Project Management.
• Advanced English level.
• At least 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.

Responsabilidades

• Execute the staffing strategy for the company's openings.
• Correctly obtain information related to the profile and assignment of the required openings.
• Collaborate with the recruiting department to identify candidates for various openings.
• Presenting candidates to various clients and leads.
• Collaborate with the Operations and Client Services areas to identify farming possibilities in the different accounts.
• Propose improvements to the staffing and recruiting processes.
